each store is fully staffed and that high standards are being maintained. He is passionate about training and motivating

his staff and these skills along with his organisational ability and desire to win has secured him repeat success in all

his stores.

Peter Sidhu, Domino's Supervisor of the Year, said: "I am so pleased to win this award. I really enjoy my job - my store teams are important to me and I like to ensure that each team is ready for action every single day. Domino's is a great brand and I am so happy to be a part of this amazing business. Every day is different and it can be very challenging but I wouldn't have it any other way."

Dilip Sodha, Domino's Pizza franchisee, said: "Peter is my rock, someone who I have come to rely on more than my nature normally allows me to. I rely on his common sense approach to most challenges thrown at us. But, what I admire the most about Peter is his humility."
